guarantee! Obtaining a refund is easy. Just follow these steps:
1)
Our refund is available to all customers who purchase a
minimum 2 box supply of Clearade or 2 bottle supply of Clear5 and use the product as directed for at
least 30 days. The reason for this is due to the natural delay that
some experience when starting out with vitamin B5 treatment.
2)
Within 60 days of your order, you may return your
boxes or bottles, along with a copy of your email receipt, to:

And that's it! You'll receive your refund
via the same method you paid, usually within a week of us receiving your package.
Note that this refund is only
offered once (for a single order) per customer.
Shipping
We now ship to
North America, Australia, and select countries in Europe and Asia. Orders are sent out within 1-2 business days (for online checks, the check must
first clear - typically 4 days).
Expected delivery within the US is 3-7
business days from the ship date. International orders may take up
to 12 business days to arrive. Sorry, we
do not currently offer package tracking as part of our shipping
options. Acne-Vitamins.com is not responsible for late packages, but
we will do everything we can to ensure you receive your product on
time.
For international orders,
any customs fees and/or sales taxes are the
responsibility of the purchaser. To determine if such charges apply,
please contact the appropriate agency of your government.
Credit
Card Transactions
Credit card transactions are securely processed using
industry-standard 128-bit encryption technology. Making a purchase through our site is just as
safe as using your credit card at any shopping outlet. To learn more

In the event
that your purchase is declined, this may be because your
billing address does not match the billing address on record with the
bank that issued your card, or your bank does not support
address verification.
Returns
and Exchanges
If you receive
a bottle of our product and the safety seal is broken, you may
return it with the contents intact, (please include a copy of your receipt and a description of the problem)
and we will exchange it for a new bottle at no cost. Unopened orders may be
returned within 60 days for a refund (excluding shipping and
a 20% restocking fee), provided that none of the safety seals have been broken
on any of the bottles.
Order
Cancellation
Orders already placed
may not be cancelled. We have confidence in our
product, and due to the short time span between accepting an order
and shipping it, we are unable to efficiently process cancellation
requests.
Out-of-Stock Policy
In the rare
event that a product you order is out of stock, a special order will
be made immediately to restock that item. An out-of-stock product
will usually ship within 2 weeks.
